There is a full kitchen and bath, a professional garment rack, a professional quality sound system with hookups for your ipod or laptop and wireless internet access. There are also several pieces of antique and unusual furniture in the space that can be used as props (see included equipment for a partial list). |

Rates:
- 1/2 day (4 hrs) for $150
- Full day (8 hrs) for $250
- Additional hours are $35/hr
- Overage is $45/hr

Notes:
- Rates listed above are valid for standard time blocks.
Half day blocks are between 10am and 6pm and 7pm-11pm.
Full day blocks are 10am-6pm and 2pm-10pm.
We will accomodate times outside of these blocks at a higher rate. - Time is charged by time used. Generally no access is given before the scheduled time.
- Booked time includes setup and cleanup so please schedule accordingly.
- The studio booking includes stands and other basic equipment but does not include lights or set paper. Please see the equipment page for details.
Special Deals:
Special Deals cannot be combined with other options, must be arranged in advance and cannot be changed to a normal booking later.
Goldilocks special
For those that don't know what they need or simply want it all this is the booking for you. This is also good for controlling costs as you know exactly what the cost will be in advance. All Goldilocks specials include any equipment you want to use and one pull of background paper in any color.
$300 for 1/2 day, $350 includes assistant/digital tech
$400 for a full day, $500 with a assistant/digital tech.-
Hungry Man Special
Put down an advance deposit for 3 or more bookings and choose to have equipment included OR a 4th booking for the same cost. This option is ideal for longer shoots or if you know you'll be back several times.
